Travel, accommodation, visas, the whole process — we've prepared a full guide for international schools and delegates.
MediBook was built to enhance the three days of in-person debate — not replace them. It's the device in every delegate's pocket on the conference floor: QR scan in each morning, lobby with your alliance, vote on a clause as the chair calls it, message across the room without breaking flow.
Tap to vote For, Against, or Abstain the moment a chair opens voting on the floor. Results appear live.
Scan your QR on the way in each conference day. No paper registers, no queues at the door.
Talk privately with allies or your whole committee without leaving your seat during lobbying.
Your alliance drafts and edits clauses together in real-time — on their own devices, at the same table.

MEDIMUN is open to students aged 15–19 from international schools across the Mediterranean and beyond. Individual students cannot register directly — you join through your school's delegation.
Applications open every September. School directors register their delegation on MediBook and are granted one or more countries to represent in the General Assemblies, with additional seats available in Security Councils and Special Committees.

The next session takes place at The English School in Nicosia, Cyprus. The conference runs over three days in early February, with a lobbying workshop typically held in November.
Yes. All lobbying, debate, resolution writing, and plenary sessions are conducted entirely in English.
There is a delegate fee and a school director fee, both covered by a single invoice to the participating school. MEDIMUN is a non-profit — fees cover conference costs only.
Absolutely. The General Assemblies are designed for delegates of all experience levels, and a dedicated workshop is held before the conference to train new delegates on MUN procedure, resolution writing, and public speaking.
